From time to time celebrities do step out of LA and New York to venture over to the windy city! They’re not always A-list, but what the heck, we’ll take what we can get. This week’s sightings:

Ed Swiderski and Jillian Harris, who met as part of the dating experiment known as The Bachelorette, walked the pink carpet for the grand opening the new Victoria’s Secret store on Michigan Avenue. They were joined by Angel’s Doutzen Kroes, Miranda Kerr, and Maris Miller. Harris has moved in with Swiderski and she says that they’re getting along swimmingly: “We are actually pretty good roommates. We’re both sort of messy, but not dirty.” Maybe the reality stars should save the dirty talk for the bedroom.

Wilmer Valderrama recently had lunch at the River North Rockit Bar and Grill. According to Variety, Valderrama is in talks to star as the “Dog Whisperer” in a movie inspired by the story of Cesar Milan. I guess his career has gone to the dogs.

Chicago Bears linebacker Lance Briggs was spotted at the ESPN Zone on Tuesday night having dinner with friends. Briggs, recently launched a blog called Lance’s Comic World to talk about two of his favorite subjects: comic books and football. About the upcoming movie version of The Green Lantern starring Ryan Reynolds, he says, “The concept of the Green Lantern is kind of amusing…. A magical ring that gives you powers; that could make for a pretty decent movie. I definitely would not want that type of ring. The responsibility of making Chicago Bear fans happy is hard enough; let alone having to take care of the entire world!” Maybe he should work on those segways a little.

Victoria’s Secret Angels stayed at the James Hotel on Wednesday night. A group of high fashion models all staying in the same swanky hotel can only mean one thing: Couture pillow fight!

One the “Angels”, Marisa Miller, had lunch at David Burke’s Primehouse on Wednesday. In an interview with Askmen.com in April, Miller talked about why she enjoys modeling. She said, “I think… [from] a young age, to be able to have that kind of life experience; to have the opportunity to travel to so many wonderful places I probably would never get to see and to experience so many different cultures.” I’m sure she also hates eating and loves to chain smoke.
