Quentin Tarantino Teams With Artists To Raise Money For Victims of Haiti Earthquake
Time will tell whether Quentin Tarantino‘s Inglourious Basterds will be able to steal some of Avatar‘s Oscar gold when the award ceremony takes place in March. One thing that is for sure is that the famous filmmaker will have a leg up in the karma department. Tarantino has joined other celebrities who have contributed to the effort to rebuild Haiti with a fundraiser that he’s put together, titled, “The Lost Art of Inglourious Basterds” that will be held tonight in Los Angeles. The acclaimed director will be auctioning off interpretations of the film’s poster by artists like David Coe, David Fisher and 13 others. All proceeds will be donated to The American Red Cross. Tarantino will sign each limited edition print. The pieces being sold are posted below:
